At A World Of Jewels All of our jewelry is made to order, meaning each piece is handcrafted specifically for you after your order is placed. Please allow up to 4 weeks for processing and shipping. While many orders may arrive sooner, production times can vary depending on order volume and customization requirements.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on any items, including personalized or custom-made jewelry.

Please carefully review all personalization details, including spelling,sizing, and shipping information before placing your order. We are not responsible for customer errors submitted at checkout.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will gladly review your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or appropriate resolution
